Michael and Brian Thatcher are not only agents at All Pittsburgh, but are also the developers of Inglefield Estates Plan No. 3. We will have the expertise in real estate you would expect from an agent, but we will also be able to supply you with additional insight on the development having first hand 
knowledge of the plan. Being the listing agents, we will be able to provide you with information faster and more accurately than other agents.
Our experience as the agents for our developments gives us the expertise to help clients make the most informed decisions when buying land for a new house, even if it outside of our developments.
The Thatcher team:
Our team consists of Michael Thatcher, a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, and Brian Thatcher, who has a degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. We are decorated USMC combat veterans who have served a total of four tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. We are the listing agents for all new vacant lots in this Inglefield Estates development.

Our family takes pride in being a part of this community for five generations. Both Michael and Brian grew up in Jefferson Hills. Our grandfather grew up, and owned commercial property in Pleasant Hills. We still run our business from the same location our family has owned for generations in Pleasant Hills. We both currently live in Jefferson Hills, and we want to do our best to help make this area a great place to live for generations to come.
